About the role Here's an excellent opportunity for a versatile and highly organised Accounts/Administration Officer to join a successful dealership in a key role. Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks across accounts and general administration, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the branch. Role responsibilities Performing accounts payable and accounts receivable duties Managing daily bank reconciliations and payroll administration Assisting with reception duties and greeting customers Handling general office administration and ordering supplies Required skills Proven experience in a similar accounts and administration role Strong communication and organisational skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Intermediate computer skills The successful candidate will be offered a base rate of c. $35/hr - $40/hr super.
