Company : Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd About the Role Hastings Deering is looking for a Parts Interpreter to join our Darwin Branch. This is a Permanent, Full-time, Monday to Friday role. As a Parts Interpreter you will: Provide a high-level service to customers to efficiently manage their parts queries, requests and quotes Utilise your analytical ability to review CAT resourcing for confirmation of correct part numbers to complete orders Manage an efficient phone service, answering all calls and providing a professional and effective customer experience Perform administrative and cash management practices including receipting of cash, cheque and credit card payments Provide timely responses to customer order status requests, ensuring lead times are effectively communicated Identify opportunities to -up-sell parts consumables including fluids, tools, accessories, & novelties Why Hastings Deering?
