Salary Range – $75,000 - $80,000 Business Location – Narrandera NSW 2700 Responsibilities: Direct and oversee reservation, reception, room service, and housekeeping activities Supervise security arrangements and maintain garden/property areas Plan and supervise bar, restaurant, function, and conference activities Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming, and other relevant laws and regulations Assess and review customer satisfaction, implementing improvements as needed Oversee accounting, purchasing, and stock control activities Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations Provide guests with local tourism information and arrange tours or transportation. Skills and Qualifications Hold a Certificate, diploma or higher qualification in Hotel/Hospitality Management or related field. Prior Experience as a Hotel or Motel Manager. Strong leadership and team supervision Excellent communication and customer service Problem-solving and conflict resolution Time management and multitasking Sound knowledge of hotel/motel operations and industry regulations Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards Please include a current resume and supporting documents to your application.
