We're looking for a friendly and dedicated Operations Manager to lead our Queensland warehouse/operations team! As the Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering a positive team environment while ensuring the efficient operation of our services in QLD. Requirements Oversee daily operations and manage team activities to ensure smooth workflows. Develop and implement strategic plans for operational efficiency. Establish strong communication lines within the team and with clients, always keeping a friendly attitude. Monitor performance metrics, and motivate the team to reach their goals. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining a fun and engaging work environment. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the building or construction industry. Excellent leadership skills and a positive, approachable demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills. Ability to cultivate a team spirit and drive towards common goals. Understanding of financial management to manage budgets effectively.
