We define, develop, enhance, and support business systems to enable effective and efficient regulation of aged care services across all Commission functions. About the Role The Pega Business Architect is responsible for driving the analysis, design and delivery of Pega Applications. This position is the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams ensuring that requirements are translated into scalable solutions. The key duties of the position include Lead the design and documentation of business processes and functional requirements Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain-points and discover opportunities for improvement Translate business needs into actionable requirements Work closely with Pega System Architects to ensure solutions meet business expectations Define and validate user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows Ensure adherence to Pega best practices Facilitate workshops, sprint planning and reviews with stakeholder as well as delivery teams Support testing activities
