Description Act as the technical point of contact for customer enquiries, offering expert advice and engineered solutions. Prepare detailed proposals and recommend equipment modifications based on performance and design feasibility. Support the sales cycle by translating technical requirements into practical, value-driven solutions. Manage quotations, convert them into sales, and oversee order accuracy and timely execution. Coordinate pricing, delivery, and communication with customers, ensuring expectations are met. Produce technical documentation and 2D CAD drawings to support design and compliance. Design small-scale mechanical components and collaborate on testing and repair processes. Operate within a KPI-driven framework, contributing to continuous improvement and client satisfaction. Profile Proven experience in valves, process equipment, or mechanical engineering. Strong technical aptitude with ability to interpret engineering requirements. Background in technical sales or sales engineering roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Collaborative and team-oriented mindset; strong culture fit. Self-motivated and proactive; able to work independently. Proficient in CAD and technical documentation.
