Treasury Associate We have an exciting opportunity for a Treasury Associate to join our Treasury team based in Sydney, Australia. Is this your next role? You will support the Bank Treasurer as well as other senior leaders by delivering high-quality capital monitoring, liquidity management, and financial forecasting. You’ll work across daily treasury operations and long-term strategic modelling, helping shape the financial health of the Bank. This is a junior-level role ideal for someone with strong statistical and data processing skills, a passion for financial systems, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Does this sound like you? You’re a motivated self-starter with a strong grasp of statistics, financial modelling, and data processing. You’re comfortable working with large datasets and translating complex information into actionable insights. You’re a pro with: 2 years’ experience in either Finance, Treasury or Insurance Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and treasury systems (e.g. GTreasury) Programming skills in Python, R, or SQL (desirable) Strong numerical aptitude and analytical mindset Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and nonverbal) A bit about us and what we do At Heartland Bank Australia, we focus on providing Australians with specialist banking products that are the best or only of their kind.
