About the role: As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Delivery Services Manager to lead our delivery operations, ensuring seamless service execution, operational efficiency, commercial efficacy and customer satisfaction. The Delivery Services Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery network, managing carrier partnerships, optimising fulfillment operations, and ensuring service excellence. This role requires a strategic mindset to scale operations, enhance efficiencies, and drive profitability while maintaining a superior customer experience. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, tech, and operations, to refine our logistics solutions and expand our delivery capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Forge and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders (carrier relationships), providing the conduit for robust discussions and collaborations to achieve optimal business outcomes and solutions. Drive initiatives to expand Skutopia’s delivery capabilities, including new carrier integrations and service enhancements. Oversee all aspects of Skutopia’s delivery services, ensuring high performance across fulfillment, last-mile delivery, and logistics operations. Ensure swift and reliable delivery services to meet customer expectations for speed and timeliness while optimising operational efficiency. Implement strategies and processes to maximise cost-effectiveness across all aspects of delivery operations without compromising service quality. Manage delivery services to achieve and sustain profitability through effective cost management, pricing strategies, and revenue optimisation. Prioritise customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing a seamless, personalised, and delightful delivery experience that exceeds expectations. An extremely close pulse on delivery SLA’s holding partners accountable and being proactive to customers. Drive improvement in business performance through analysis of business intelligence and informed decision-making. Leverage deep expertise in freight forwarding to optimise international shipping operations and cross-border logistics and delivery solutions. Possess a strong understanding of the US/CA/EU/UK courier landscape, including rate structures, service levels, and key players in those markets. Partner with the team to design and implement SKUTOPIA’s delivery services strategy. We think you will need: Strong experience in carrier logistics, supply chain management, or delivery operations preferably in both domestic and global solutions. Experience managing fulfilment or last-mile delivery services. Highly developed analytical skills, with a track record of taking a data-driven approach to decision-making and process improvements. Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, and confidence working with diverse stakeholders. Experience in eCommerce, 3PL, retail logistics, or tech-driven supply chain is highly regarded. High motivation and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment, with multiple ongoing projects.
