The role is a permanent full time at our Perth office . Reporting to the People & Culture Advisory Manager , you will be a trusted advisor to managers across TSA. You will be instrumental in shaping a positive and inclusive workplace culture by offering expert guidance and contributing to initiatives that enhance and support our blended workforce initiatives . Key responsibilities: P&C Advice & Support : Provide expert advice and first-line support to managers on HR policies, employee relations, and blended workforce matters. Workforce Support and Reporting: Maintain accurate workforce data and reporting to support planning and compliance, while assisting with position descriptions, classifications, and remuneration processes. Projects and Organisational Development: Support blended workforce projects, training initiatives, and organisational change activities in collaboration with P&C Partners. ABOUT YOU Our ideal candidate will be proactive and resourceful individual with a passion for delivering excellent service and supporting the smooth operation of P&C functions, you will thrive working in a team environment and open to growing your people and culture knowledge . Key Capabilities: A relevant degree qualification in HR, Business, or a related field. Generalist HR experience and working knowledge of employment legislation, awards and HR policy frameworks.
