About the role We have a great opportunity to join one of our high-performing engineering teams, responsible for improving overall network performance and helping the communities Endeavour Energy serve. This is an opportunity to make a real difference! Based in the Wollongong region and reporting to the Lead Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for leading unique and efficient delivery of reliability projects, which includes the following activities: Augmenting the electrical network to provide strategical reliability outcomes Investigating new technologies and facilitating their end to end implementation Analyse network and reliability performance data through novel and advance analytic techniques to drive business strategy Perform engineering analysis into major network incidents Be responsible for contributing to communities through investigation of localised reliability performance and development of reliability improvement investments Facilitate and undertake risk and control assessments, develop risk profiles with appropriate mitigation strategies On offer Be part of a culture that focuses on care and performance; care for one another and for the customer Access a variety of opportunities to step up and lead in a rapidly changing sector Feel recognised and rewarded for your contribution Take pride in working for an organisation that provides an essential service and is playing its part in enabling the energy transition Access to training, personal development and career progression About you We are looking for someone who: Can apply sound engineering judgement and initiative in complex situations; Perform data analytics; Proactively lead change, consulting stakeholders and implementing new systems; Has strong written and oral communication skills; Well-developed self-management skills including the ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload; and, Enjoy working in a close-knit team of high performing engineers.
