Product Owner - Workflow and Intelligent Automation As the Product Owner Workflow and Intelligent Automation, you will lead the delivery of digital solutions that simplify internal processes, enhance employee experiences, and unlock value across Great Southern Bank. You will have the satisfaction of leading others in delivering simple, competitive and effortless experiences that help our customers improve their financial wellbeing. In this role you will be responsible for the design, delivery, and ongoing enablement of enterprise workflow and automation platforms ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned to the organisation’s strategic priorities. This position is open to candidates located in Brisbane, offering you the flexibility to work from home two days a week. You’ll make an impact by: Building momentum, coaching delivery teams, and championing the benefits of workflow and intelligent automation across the Bank. Leading the development and communication of the workflow and intelligent automation roadmap, aligning to business needs and platform strategy. Partnering with platform owners, product managers, and architects to shape, plan, and deliver workflow and automation initiatives with clear business value. You build strong internal partnerships and trusted relationships that enable shared ownership of outcomes and adoption of new solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritise demand, shape solutions, uplift delivery maturity, and ensure safe, scalable outcomes that align to enterprise architecture, security, and risk requirements. Do things differently with us To succeed in this role, you will have: Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Product Owner, Delivery Manager or Technical Lead 10 years IT experience ideally within system development or transformation Experience with UIPath, PowerApps/PowerAutomate, and Dynamics 365 essential Experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) utilising a variety of methodologies Strong written and verbal communications skills including facilitating workshops, building relationships and interacting with key stakeholder across all levels of the organisation. Demonstrated success in strategic development and program execution with retail banking products. Experience working in continuous delivery environment preferred. Why Great Southern Bank?
