Medrecruit is seeking a motivated Permanent Recruitment Consultant (internally we call this newly created role a Client Solutions Specialist) to join our high-performing team. In this role, you'll partner closely with clients across Australia to identify and fill permanent medical positions, while delivering exceptional service to doctors and healthcare facilities alike. You'll act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, establishing long-term partnerships that contribute to the sustainable growth of the business. Build trusted relationships with doctors, supporting them in navigating career goals and lifestyle aspirations. Either way, you're confident, curious, and highly motivated to build a thriving portfolio in a fast-moving space.
