ALS Food and Pharmaceutical is seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team and provide vital support to the Marketing and Sales Manager in daily operations. The day to day · Administration and sales support · Preparation and manage quotes and tenders. · Co-ordinate sales activities · Responding to website enquiries as primary respondent. · Configuration of clients in Angle, including pricing. · Networking via key associations and events. · Coordination of conference attendance and sponsorship opportunities. · Marketing via social media. · Provide support to Sales & Marketing Manager. · Maintain data and sales, generate reports · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery The Essentials · Pro-active, solution-oriented and self-motivated · 1-3 years’ experience in customer service, client liaison and business development. · Excellent written and oral communication skills. · Ability to develop working relationships. · Client focused and flexible to client needs. · Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Working at ALS The ALS team is a diverse and dedicated community united by our passion to make a difference in the world.
