THE OPPORTUNITY A full-time opportunity presents for an analytical and technically oriented professional to join our head office team in Gepps Cross, South Australia. Reporting to the Group Costing Manager and working as part of a tight-knit team, you will be responsible for maintaining, analysing, and optimising product and cost-related data/systems within the organisation to contribute to decision making processes used by management teams. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 base salary plus superannuation per annum depending on relevant skills and experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Perform in-depth analysis of the business and provide insights to support both operational and strategic decision making. Analyse business processes to identify and document business requirements for the system improvements and recommend system changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deploy functional solutions in the ERP system effectively. Conduct special investigations and analysis in response to requests from various departments. Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure solutions meet business requirements prior to deployment. Act as a central reference for developing and maintaining user guides and training materials to support new system implementations. Apply project management techniques to prioritise tasks, optimise workflows, and drive continuous improvement across business processes. ABOUT YOU Excellent written and verbal communication skills Degree qualification in an Engineering or Business discipline Experience in a commercial/manufacturing environment is desirable Passion for numbers and data Highly proficient Excel spreadsheet skills Familiarity with database techniques An inquiring mind with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy Understanding of computer programming techniques and structures is desirable Experience in Oracle and/or a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded Candidates with a background in production scheduling or engineering are encouraged.
