About Goodstart Prospect We’re opening the doors to a brand-new, purpose-built early learning centre at Goodstart Prospect – and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Educational Leader to join our founding team! This role is perfect for a passionate Diploma-Qualified Educator who loves bringing out the best in people – little ones and grown-ups alike! As our Educational Leader, you’ll be the heartbeat of our curriculum, ensuring our practices are not only compliant but inspired, collaborative, and ever-evolving. • Work full-time between operating hours 6:30am – 6:30pm, Monday–Friday • Enjoy a floating, rotating roster position, providing flexible, targeted support across all rooms based on emerging needs • Ensure consistency in curriculum planning and pedagogical practices • Offer real-time mentoring and coaching to educators • Support professional development and reflective practice for the team • Help maintain continuity during staff absences or leadership transitions • Promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing across all rooms • Identify and strengthen areas for improvement aligned with the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) • Enhance overall practice to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards (NQS) • Bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas for curriculum in our beautiful, brand-new, purpose-built centre • Dedicate 7 hours per week to Educational Leader time in our creative programming room Find out more about what the Educational Leader role entails here.
