About Goodstart Rostrevor We’re seeking an inspiring and passionate Centre Director to lead our award-winning, purpose-built 89-place at Goodstart Rostrevor. If you’re ready to guide a dedicated team, support local families, and create an environment where children truly thrive – we’d love to meet you! • Full-time, 12-month fixed-term position within operating hours of 6:30am – 6:30pm. • Lead an 89-place, purpose-built childcare centre providing essential care for the community. • Conveniently located on Moules Road in the heart of the community. • Six large, spacious learning spaces across two modern levels. • Three age-specific outdoor yards designed for exploration, play, and growth. • Separate nursery sleep rooms for the youngest learners, ensuring comfort and safety. • Nurturing care for children from 6 weeks to Preschool age in a naturally inspired, home-like environment. • Proud recipient of the Goodie Award for Safety (2022) – recognised for excellence in care and safety. • Modern family lounge to support strong community engagement. • Multilingual educator team fluent in Bengali, Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi, and Vietnamese, reflecting and embracing our diverse community.
