About the Role You will be part of the global Operations Engineering team responsible for the daily operation and configuration of MT4/MT5 and related risk systems. The team ensures platform availability, performance, and reliability across time zones, working closely with internal teams and external partners to support both infrastructure and client delivery. This role focuses on automation, operational stability, and timely execution of system tasks. You will be involved in system monitoring, platform configuration, incident response, and infrastructure enhancements to support scalable and efficient trading operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain and support MT4/MT5 servers and associated risk infrastructure. Apply platform configuration changes (symbols, groups, execution rules, etc). Monitor system performance and respond to incidents in a timely manner. Coordinate software upgrades, plugin deployment, and server audits. Collaborate with vendors and liquidity providers on connectivity issues. Use automation tools to streamline routine tasks. Maintain documentation and contribute to operational best practices Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a relevant field. 1–2 years of experience in an operational support or risk operations role. Experience with MT4/MT5 platform systems is an advantage. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience in client support or technical roles within financial or fintech environments Proficiency in English to facilitate effective communication across regional teams. CFD broker experience is necessary Willing to work flexible hours on rotating shifts Preferred Qualifications Experience with bridge/order routing systems (e.g. OneZero, Gold-i) Exposure to risk analytics platforms is a plus Familiarity with scripting or automation (Python, PowerShell) Understanding of FIX protocol or post-trade analytics tools Work Environment and Shift Details Part of a global 24/5 operations team supporting market hours Rotational shifts covering morning to overnight (may include occasional weekend rotations based on business needs)
