We’re partnering with a leading retail property group to recruit an experienced Retail Marketing Manager with a passion for driving results across high-performing retail assets. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and tactical execution . You'll play a key role in delivering engaging, results-driven marketing campaigns for prominent shopping centres and supporting the commercial success of the asset. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic, brand awareness, and tenant success. Create detailed marketing calendars aligned with retail cycles, activations, and events across the year. Evaluate campaign performance , using data insights to measure ROI and refine strategies. Support the leasing team by providing relevant marketing data, insights, and collateral to assist with tenant attraction and retention. Liaise with contractors and suppliers to manage the implementation of events, activations, and sourcing key data such as hotspot mapping or dwell-time metrics. Balance high-level marketing strategy with on-the-ground execution – you’ll be just as comfortable presenting to stakeholders as you are overseeing an event setup. What We’re Looking For: 3 years of marketing experience in a shopping centre or retail property environment is essential. Strong experience in campaign management , event coordination , and marketing calendar planning . Ability to interpret and leverage data to inform decisions. Confident communicator who can engage with tenants, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Proactive, organised, and outcomes-driven – someone who takes ownership and delivers. Why Join?
