About the Role We are currently seeking a graduate or early-career Internal Technical Salesperson to join our team in our Brisbane Northgate branch. You will play a key role in supporting our growing customer base by managing inbound enquiries, quoting, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients. This role would suit someone looking to build a career in technical sales within a national business that offers the training and support needed to succeed. Requirements Key Responsibilities Delivering exceptional service to our clients via phone, email, and counter sales. Preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up on customer enquiries. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Collaborating with the wider sales and technical team to meet client needs. Staying up to date with product knowledge and technical specifications. Potential to progress into an external sales role once product knowledge is established. Skills & Experience A background in customer service, trade sales, or a relevant technical qualification essential Knowledge or interest in hydraulics or industrial tools is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, problem solving/decision making skills; ability to make timely, effective decisions Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
