As a Speech Pathologist, you will: Manage a varied caseload, delivering assessments, planning, and implementing effective intervention programs. Collaborate with other Novita services to deliver integrated, multi-disciplinary support, participating in client reviews, planning sessions, and team meetings. Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with Novita’s standards. Engage with families, carers, and community members to enhance quality of life and empower choice. Encourage active participation from clients and families to ensure services are relevant and responsive to their needs. Skills And Experiences About You You’re a passionate, client-focused professional with: A relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce high-quality reports. Excellent interpersonal skills with children, families, and colleagues. A commitment to exceptional customer service and professional integrity. A proactive, flexible, and creative approach to challenges. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
