As a Procurement Business Partner , you'll lead strategic sourcing initiatives, build strong supplier relationships, and deliver value across the supply chain. Serving as a key connector between internal stakeholders and suppliers, you'll work with a range of stakeholders globally to align procurement efforts with business objectives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainable growth. From strategic sourcing and negotiation to contract and supplier management, you’ll oversee the entire procurement lifecycle to ensure operational efficiency and meaningful business impact. Your commercial insight and persuasive negotiation skills will help unlock value, drive cost efficiencies, and align procurement outcomes with Bradken’s strategic priorities. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and offer timely, expert support through a consultative, service-driven approach. You’ll be actively involved in continuous improvement by overseeing supplier performance, ensuring policy compliance, and maintaining accurate procurement data with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach. You’ll support evolving business needs by contributing to projects beyond your core role, showing adaptability and initiative where it counts. Key Criteria: CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) certification preferred. At least 2 years of procurement experience, ideally in contract administration or management within manufacturing or heavy industry. Demonstrated success in delivering cost savings and improving procurement processes. Strong background in contract negotiation and managing supplier relationships. Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Epicor is highly desirable.
