Founded in 1997, NextGen Skills is a Western Australian provider of education, training and employment solutions. We offer training in the Plumbing and Painting industry, from high school students who are at the start of their career journey through to apprenticeships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Attending to all enquiries and bookings. • Complete administrative tasks in relation to all training activities, in compliance to SRTO, including but not limited to: Contract requirements; DTWD; CTF, Third Parties Processing enrolments for new apprentices, advanced training courses and try a trade Preparing apprentice training plans, scheduling of training, call up letters Review and check all completed training data and follow up where necessary Process all completed training data into the relevant database and spreadsheets. Certification of students as per requirements Recordkeeping of all training documents Providing support to students and trainers • Adhere to required reporting timeframes e.g., DTWD, NCVER, CTF claiming • Be responsible for financial aspects of associated training (invoice, payments) • Ensure all resources and the office are managed effectively. • Effective communication with all stakeholders • Effectively promote the services provided by the RTO. • Network effectively within the Vocational Education and training sector and in the community. • Any other reasonable duties as required.
