What You’ll Do Be the first point of contact for new and existing clients; at reception, by phone and via email Support clients with investment account openings and estate administration Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (including AML/KYC) Promote TPT Wealth products and services in every interaction Support the broader client services team with day-to-day operations What You’ll Bring Office administration experience (or transferable customer service skills) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Willingness and ability to obtain RG146 certification, we will help you with this Experience in financial services is a plus, but not essential Mandatory Application Requirements When applying, you must: Answer these two questions: Which of the following best describes your customer/client service experience?
