This role is a commercially driven, market-shaping position where you’ll travel, and and partner with licensees to turn opportunity into sustainable growth. You’ll bring strategy to life in the field - from shaping Joint Business Plans to delivering results across café retail, FMCG, and B2B. How you’ll make your mark: Your mission? Drive growth in existing international markets by understanding each market, setting a plan and working with the licensee to achieve it. Whether that’s helping expansion into new cities, building wholesale and retail pipelines or creating distribution strategies across multiple territories. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, internal teams, and our licensee partners to accelerate growth, no matter the market maturity or cultural nuances. What you’ll own: Building and delivering Joint Business Plans with licensees in each market, aligned to our 3-year international strategy Current markets with a Toby’s presence are Kuwait, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Qatar, Philippines and Indonesia. Identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities across cafés, FMCG retail, B2B, and RTD channels Partnering with marketing, coffee, and operations teams to provide market-ready campaigns, sales tools, and channel support Supporting new market launches in collaboration with our GM, from opportunity assessment to in-market delivery Tracking commercial performance and ensuring initiatives are on time, on budget, and on brief Championing Toby’s brand standards and driving consistent representation in every market What you’ll bring: Proven experience in international business development, sales, or key account management (FMCG, food, beverage, or retail experience highly valued) International market experience and cultural adaptability - with strong awareness of how to operate effectively in Asia and the Middle East A commercial mindset with the ability to see both the big picture and the detail that delivers results Relationship-building skills to navigate diverse markets and stakeholder groups Resilience, resourcefulness, and the autonomy to deliver in fast-paced, varied environments Why this role is different: This is not a “maintain and manage” job.
