Job Description Our Health Services business is seeking an experienced Mental Health RN to work onsite with one of our key clients in Carlton, providing face-to-face support to individuals seeking mental health assistance. While you’ll provide in-person support, clients also have the option to connect with our telehealth counselling team as part of our extended service - so you will have a supportive team around you. Working Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm , your day will be varied and impactful. You will: Conduct initial mental health assessments. De-escalate clients in distress and provide appropriate referrals. Schedule counselling appointments in coordination with our Intake Nurse. Maintain clear, professional documentation of all interactions. Provide clients with information on available services and how to access them. Collaborate with counsellors and management for higher-level care needs. Contribute ideas to continuously improve service delivery. If full-time isn’t for you, we’re happy to consider a part-time or job-share setup across weekdays. Let's talk about you!
