This position offers the opportunity to drive procurement strategy and supplier performance across a busy commercial project portfolio. You'll take ownership of group-level procurement, materials planning, and supplier engagement—working alongside the leadership team to improve purchasing efficiency and commercial outcomes across the business. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategies and supplier agreements Negotiate pricing and contracts across key trades and materials Oversee inventory and delivery schedules to meet project timelines Work with estimators, PMs, and accounts to streamline purchasing systems Maintain strong relationships with preferred vendors and subcontractors What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in construction procurement or purchasing (preferably WA-based) Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Knowledge of construction materials, supplier markets, and contracts High-level communication and organisational ability Full Australian working rights & Perth-based experience What’s On Offer: Salary up to $180K Super (based on experience) Newly created role with autonomy and leadership scope Work with a busy contractor delivering mid to large-scale builds Long-term opportunity in a secure, full-time position Apply today.
