Promoting a culture of service delivery that aims to improve the lifestyle experience of resident. Assisting in the development and implementation of care plans under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in consultation with the resident, family/carers, and care team. Maintaining accurate documentation related to resident care, AN-ACC, quality systems, and legal/professional obligations within EN scope of practice. Promoting a learning culture and assisting in supporting team members in practice development. Reporting and documenting all clinical and WHS incidents and participating in investigations as directed. Assisting with roster coordination as delegated by the Residential Manager to support appropriate care delivery. Escalating issues affecting resident care to the Registered Nurse or Residential Manager in a timely manner. Monitoring and managing clinical stock levels in collaboration with relevant staff, ensuring availability and cost compliance. Respecting and promoting residents’ rights and liaising respectfully with guardians and other external stakeholders under guidance. Adhering to SCCQ’s policies, procedures, and business plans within delegated responsibilities. Actively participating in self-education and competency maintenance. What will you bring to the role? Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification leading to AHPRA registration as a Nurse. Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse with at least 2 years' experience. Demonstrated experience in aged or community setting. Competency in medication administration, wound care, and documentation within EN scope. Effective communication, teamwork, and time management skills. Knowledge of aged care standards, ACFI, quality systems, and workplace health and safety (desirable). Who is Southern Cross Care?
