What You’ll Be Doing: Manage debt recovery and external administration matters end-to-end: file deadlines, drafting and court appearances Advise insolvency practitioners, secured lenders and creditors on asset realisation and enforcement actions Conduct legal research and support Partners on high-value restructuring and litigation work What You’ll Bring: 3 years’ PQE in restructuring, insolvency or commercial litigation Strong organisation and ability to manage varied workloads under tight turnarounds Excellent drafting, research and communication skills A proactive, team-based approach and genuine client focus Why Join?
