Research, evaluate and develop reference material and lead projects supporting compliance and financial sustainability of the Territoryâs local government sector; assess and analyse borrowing requests from councils; support the administration of the NT Grants Commission; and assess claims made under Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements.
