Aged Care Kilburn - Churchill Nursing Home | Infinite Care About You You may be an experienced General Manager who has previously run a smaller facility or an experienced Care Manager who after working in a larger facility is now looking to take “the next step" and take charge of your own residence. Either Way You Will Need To Be An Excellent Leader And Communicator Who Is Innovative In Their Thinking And Has Strong Attention To Detail As Well As A strong knowledge of aged care accreditation standards and legislation. A sound knowledge and understanding of aged care funding mechanisms. A leadership style which instils confidence and enables those in your charge to focus on the provision of excellence in the areas of clinical care and customer service. Business development, networking, and stakeholder engagement capabilities. A deep empathy and genuine care for aged care residents. Budgeting and financial management acumen.
