Base pay range A$200,000.00/yr - A$220,000.00/yr Lead the Future of Data | Data Architect (remote) Shape the enterprise data vision at a major multi-brand organisation About the Opportunity An industry-leading organisation with a portfolio of household-name brands is seeking a forward-thinking Data Architect to drive enterprise data strategy, design and governance across a complex technology landscape. You’ll report into the Head of Architecture and work hands-on with next-gen platforms, guiding the transformation towards scalable, modular and high-performance data ecosystems. What You’ll Be Doing This is a high-impact role offering full visibility across the enterprise data landscape. You'll be responsible for: Enterprise Data Design – Define and maintain core principles, integration frameworks and data architecture standards. Innovation Enablement – Drive the data innovation pipeline, supporting the adoption of emerging tools and approaches. Strategic Advisory – Provide expert advice on data practices to support planning and operational excellence. Reporting & Insights – Create artefacts and dashboards that inform strategy and guide decision-making. Stakeholder Engagement – Partner with senior leaders to resolve data-related issues, align on priorities and embed best practices. What We’re Looking For We’re after someone who blends technical depth with strategic vision — a hands-on architect who thrives in complex environments and can bring clarity to ambiguity. You’ll bring: Proven experience in enterprise data architecture across complex, multi-platform environments. Deep understanding of data lifecycles , architecture frameworks, and integration principles. Experience designing scalable, modular solutions across cloud and on-premise platforms. Familiarity with Salesforce and/or SAP S/4HANA is a plus. Understanding of data governance, master data , and system data mastering practices. Strong communication skills and a knack for influencing, aligning, and delivering through others. Bonus points for experience in large-scale retail or consumer-facing organisations. Why Apply?
