How You'll Shape What's Possible: You will build strong, effective relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted subject matter expert. You’ll contribute to proposal development, identify new opportunities, and support the successful closing of deals to drive Altis’ growth. As a senior team member, you’ll play a pivotal role in sharing knowledge, coaching, and mentoring junior colleagues to help them excel. How You’ll Make an Impact: Designing and developing high quality business solutions along with other projects to solve issues. Mentoring and providing technical mentorship to consultants Leading quality reviews on individual and team members projects Experience working closely with the sales team to help prospects to clarify their needs and requirements Providing advice and guidance on appropriate modelling and structuring of data to meet information needs Maintaining an awareness of opportunities provided by new technology to address challenges or to enable new ways of working across industries, technologies and methodologies The Knowledge You Bring: Direct and Pre-sales experience Vendor and Partner relationship experience Demonstrated experience leading large complex project teams Ability to enhance brand awareness Background in Data and Analytics (mandatory) Tertiary qualification in IT-related subject, or relevant work experience 10 years broad IT experience 10 years experience delivering data & analytics projects 10 years consulting experience Your Next Chapter Starts Here At Altis, we offer more than a job.
