About the Role We're looking for compassionate, enthusiastic, Trainee Community Care Workers. Bring your compassion and skills to our team in a role where even the small things you do make a difference. You will work one on one with clients in their home and community supporting their confidence to live independently as they choose! As a Care Worker you will complete activities that include: In home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry & ironing Providing care in accordance with Clients Care Plan Support with Social and community engagement Assistance with transport of clients for shopping and appointments What makes a difference for us: Good communication and interpersonal skills Proof of comprehensively insured and registered motor vehicle Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive in the course of work.
