In this role you will : Coordinate Event Communications: Manage ticketing systems, draft event EDMs, and create promotional materials for the faculty's extensive program of public events. Support Partnerships: Assist with partnership activations and deliver benefits to cultural partners, enhancing the faculty's industry connections. Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with academic and professional staff to support the delivery of events and performances and connect graduating students with potential employers . Provide Administrative Support: Manage databases, handle RSVPs, and assist with the creation of program publications and invitations. You may be a great fit if: You are a well-organised and communicative professional with a passion for the arts, possessing excellent writing skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
