Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Bids & Proposals Consultant/Coordinator to join our Business Development & Marketing team in Sydney or Newcastle . About the team and the role Supporting the Bids & Proposals Manager, you will serve as a key liaison between the entire BD function to coordinate work streams from across BDM and the firm ensuring clarity, compliance, and integrity of major proposal documents. Your main responsibilities are: Coordinating the preparation and submission of winning bids and related collateral. Working to prepare whole or part bid and proposal responses, capability statements, short form proposals and other bid-related BD collateral. Supporting the BDM team to maintain bid and opportunity records in the CRM. Maintaining the bid library, ensuring all content and data is up to date, accurate and strategically written. Guarantee best bid practice across all written proposals and ensure bids are correctly formatted and comply with company brand guidelines and client requirements. The team are extremely collaborative, they embrace flexibility, and focus on delivering an excellent service across the firm. About you Previous experience in a bids and proposals focused role. Law firm experience is highly desirable, but we are open to other industries. Project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Highly organised with the ability to priorities important tasks. High attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Commitment to efficiency and process improvement.
