Your next career opportunity As the Clinical Trial Manager for the MATCH Project, you'll play a crucial role in developing an innovative music therapy-informed eHealth program for dementia care. You'll oversee a pilot study in collaboration with South Australia Health, coordinating all aspects of the trial from protocol development to participant recruitment. This position offers you the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team, advancing cutting-edge research that combines music attunement with advanced technologies to improve the lives of people with dementia and their caregivers. Your responsibilities will include: Manage Clinical Trial Implementation: Oversee the MATCH clinical trial in South Australia, ensuring timely recruitment, efficient data management, and compliance with study protocols. Develop and Refine Trial Documentation: Draft and finalise trial protocols, ethics applications, and other essential project documents. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with the Principal Investigator, MATCH team members, and industry partners to ensure successful project execution. Contribute to Research Outputs: Participate in manuscript preparation, conference presentations, and community engagement events as needed. You may be a great fit if: You are a dedicated professional with a degree in music therapy or a related field, possessing a PhD and advanced research skills, with a strong commitment to improving dementia care through innovative approaches. You may also: Have a degree in music therapy or relevant qualification with a focus on dementia care. Possess a PhD qualification and advanced research skills. Demonstrate understanding of the interaction between music therapy, attunement , and agitation. Have experience in independent research and high-quality academic writing.
