Managing two offices in the locations of Abbotsford and Melton, your responsibilities will include: Coordinating building and facility management; Purchasing and coordination of equipment; Maintaining vendor relationships; IT coordination and assistance, including basic support, set up and allocation of new equipment, and preparing new work stations; Inventory control; Assisting with any OHS related issues, including Safety Audits; Managing fleet including servicing, repairs and bookings; and Relief reception as required. To assist with this position, you will require the following: Current Police Check, Working with Children Check and Drivers Licence; Experience with Office and Facilities Management; The availability to assist Monday to Friday between 20 August and 29 September; and An extremely warm, friendly and helpful manner.
