Description QTC is seeking a visionary Description QTC is seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Managing Director, Business Services to drive strategic, operational, and cultural excellence across the organisation. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving on the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), you’ll lead a diverse portfolio spanning Corporate Finance, Treasury Operations, Technology & Data, Procurement, Vendor Management, and Program Delivery. What You’ll Do Lead with impact: Drive enterprise-wide performance, innovation, and operational excellence. Shape strategy: Influence corporate direction and ensure alignment with Board-approved plans. Empower teams: Build capability, foster culture, and champion talent across the Business Services Division. Deliver outcomes: Oversee integrated services and projects that support QTC’s strategic goals. Ensure confidence: Provide transparent, timely reporting to the CEO, Board, and stakeholders. What You’ll Bring Expertise in technology strategy, PMO delivery, and financial management. Strategic vision and commercial acumen. Strong governance, risk, and compliance capabilities. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A passion for building high-performing, aligned teams. Experience in banking and finance (highly regarded).
