We are seeking a dynamic Head of Brand to take ownership of a well-loved FMCG brand portfolio, leading strategic growth initiatives and driving brand health across retail channels. This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape brand direction, influence business strategy, and deliver impact in a fast-paced, consumer-driven environment. Responsibilities: Develop and execute brand strategies that build consumer preference and drive growth. Lead media planning and budget management to optimise ROI and brand awareness. Own the digital strategy across social, retail media, and online platforms. Drive packaging design, ensuring strong shelf impact and alignment to brand architecture. Responsible for the management and development of a small team of 3 Desired Experience: 5 years’ Brand Management experience in FMCG or related industry. Proven expertise in brand architecture, media management, digital strategy, and packaging. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior levels. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate consumer insights into actionable plans. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management capability.
