About the Role: Omnia has a strong national reputation for soil optimisation and sustainable, environmentally conscious agriculture, and is currently seeking to appoint a Logistics Co-Ordinator to ensure efficient, cost-effective logistics and order fulfilment through accurate processing, shipping coordination and communication. You will be responsible for: Managing customer and internal order processing with accuracy and efficiency Coordinating shipments with carriers and couriers, balancing cost and deadlines Oversee inventory and liaise with 3PL warehouses to ensure optimal stock levels Prepare accurate shipping and customs documentation Track and report on deliveries using logistics software Plan efficient transport routes to reduce time and costs Maintain quality control of outgoing goods and packaging Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth logistics Resolve issues such as delays, damaged goods, or customs concerns Monitor and manage logistics costs while upholding service standards Key Skills & Competencies: 2-3 years previous experience in a freight or logistics role Strong organizational, problem solving, written & verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment Comfortable with a mix of office based and physical tasks including lifting and stock movement What is on Offer: Permanent full-time role with a competitive salary package ($70–80k super benefits) 38-hour work week with flexible hours between 7am and 5pm Some work from home flexibility post successful probation period, but this an on-site position.
