Develop and refine systems and workflows that promote team effectiveness and elevate service outcomes. Lead care planning processes that align client preferences with budgetary considerations and broader organisational objectives. Champion strategic projects aimed at expanding the program’s reach and long-term influence. About you: Demonstrated background in overseeing home care operations with in-depth understanding of the Home Care Package system. Experienced in managing multidisciplinary teams within regulated, client-centred environments. Comprehensive knowledge of aged care laws, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance practices. Able to communicate effectively and foster strong, trustworthy connections at every level. Provide steady, empathetic leadership with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding care.
