The George Hotel is seeking experienced Restaurant Managers to join their team. Tasks and responsibilities: Coordinate and proactively manage the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts including front of house and back of house Coordination of bookings (including functions and events) Manage and motivate restaurant team Train new employee and provide ongoing training Stock purchasing and control.
