A well-established, multinational HVAC manufacturer (OEM) is seeking a skilled and driven Service Manager to lead its service operations in a key region. This global business designs, manufactures, and services its own range of market-leading climate control systems across both residential and commercial sectors . Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of HVAC service technicians / Chiller Technicians and support staff Oversee day-to-day service operations: scheduling, dispatch, and job completion Manage diagnostics, repairs, commissioning, and warranty support on OEM equipment Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support Monitor service financial performance: revenue, margins, KPIs, and budgets Maintain compliance with WHS, industry regulations, and quality standards Work cross-functionally with internal sales, projects, and engineering teams About You Proven experience in a Service Manager , Account Manager or Contracts Manager , or senior service leadership role in HVAC Experience with HVAC OEMs or Tier 1 brands (e.g. Carrier, Trane, Mitsubishi Electric, etc.) highly valued Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems (residential and/or commercial) Trade qualification or technical certification in HVAC or Chiller Background (preferred) Confident team leader with strong communication and coaching skills Commercially savvy with experience managing service performance and budgets
