Tecside is currently seeking 15 experienced Painter Blasters for an exciting opportunity with our industry-leading client based in Henderson, WA. As part of the Manufacturing and Fabrication Team, you'll be working at Australia's largest fabrication facility of its kind, contributing to large-scale, high-impact projects in a safety-first, professional environment. Position Details Start Date: Immediate Hours: 50 hour weeks (including Saturday work) Day and night shift available Pay Cycle: Weekly Location Perks: Free onsite parking Key Responsibilities Mobilising and demobilising blasting hoppers, spray pumps, and encapsulations Abrasive blasting to SA 3 standard on ferrous and non-ferrous substrates Mechanical and hand preparation using orbital sanders and MBX tools Application of coatings via brush, roller, and primarily airless spray Completing up to 5-coat application systems Touch-up work and remediation based on inspection outcomes What We're Looking For 3-5 years' industry experience in industrial painting and abrasive blasting Proven competency with airless spray and surface preparation techniques Relevant Trade Certificate Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Desirable Qualifications: High-Risk Work Licence - LF (Forklift) and EWP (Elevated Work Platform) Working at Heights certification To seize this exciting opportunity, please submit your application online or contact Emily at e.adamson@tecside.com.au or call 0433 953 720.
