The Role As an Associate Recruitment Consultant , you will play an integral part in supporting our Director and Senior Account Manager, while developing your own skills and market expertise within the blur collar mining space. From your very first day, you'll have access to an established client base, enabling you to focus on building strong relationships and delivering results without starting from scratch. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-performing, collaborative team environment where knowledge sharing and professional growth are at the forefront. You will be actively involved in the recruitment lifecycle, gaining hands-on experience in client engagement, candidate sourcing, and market research. With guidance from experienced leaders, you will develop your personal brand and establish a strong reputation within your specialist market. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Partnering with key clients to support their on-site talent needs Proactively networking and sourcing quality candidates Executing candidate attraction strategies for priority roles Conducting video interviews and presenting "decision-ready" candidates Generating contract starters in Bullhorn (CRM) Managing your contract portfolio, including safety and compliance Assisting BDMs with lead generation and market insights We're looking for someone driven, personable, and ready to make an impact.
