About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, integration and ongoing maintenance of our proprietary logistics and warehouse management systems. This role will be based at our Sydney headquarter, with occasional travel to Melbourne as we expand our operations. Key Responsibilities Architect and develop enterprise-grade systems covering: Warehouse Management (WMS) Procurement and order processing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) QR code traceability and inventory automation Fleet management and delivery route optimisation Security and access control integration Develop software modules integrating with scanning devices, RFID, vehicle tracking systems and other hardware components. Oversee deployment, testing, debugging and version control across multiple sites. Design and implement robust data security protocols and access management. Collaborate closely with logistics, warehouse, finance, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and provide training. Provide ongoing maintenance, system enhancements and user support. About You Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in enterprise software development, including at least 2 years in projects involving hardware integration. Proven experience designing end-to-end software solutions, preferably within warehousing, logistics or tyre/automotive parts industries. Strong technical skills in languages such as Java, C++ or Python. Proficiency in relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL). Familiarity with QR code/RFID systems, IoT device integration and warehouse automation. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Salary & Benefits Annual salary between AUD 120,000 and AUD 150,000 plus superannuation, commensurate with skills and experience.
