We're on the hunt for compassionate, reliable, and slightly legendary humans to join our growing team across the Northern Shoalhaven region . You'll be supporting people with disabilities and/or mental health conditions to live their best lives - in their own homes, on their own terms. Think of it as being a real-life superhero just with less spandex and more practical shoes. Your Superpowers Will Include : Assisting with daily living (showers, dressing, the occasional "where's my sock?" mission) Helping out around the house (cleaning, meal prep, the usual grown-up stuff) Following behaviour support plans like a champ Keeping an eye on things and reporting any changes Your Utility Belt Should Include : At least 3 months of experience in disability or mental health support Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Mental Health (or a similar badge of honour) Valid First Aid & CPR NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to get them) A driver's licence and your own trusty vehicle A Police Check that clears you for superhero status (Willingness to do one through us - we've got you!)
