H&S Officer or Manager The Company Leader in interior fit outs nationwide Commercial fit outs, some retail units (high end), building upgrades and landlords Projects range in value up to $15m Long tenure within the business, lead by a friendly and proactive management team Beautiful new renovated offices with high end finishes Big focus on well-being, yoga and fitness classes Access to complimentary spa and recovery facilities The Position – Resident HSE Advisor A comprehensive understanding of H&S systems and programs as well as Risk Management principles Ability & previous experience using ‘Procore’ Suggest improvements to working processes Lead company health and safety meetings, between delivery and management teams Ensure staff understand safety procedures Check equipment is safe Ensure health and safety, environmental and quality standards are met on-site Compile statistics for reports and presentations Monitor environmental impacts Develop and review safety policies and procedures Advise and train staff on best working practices A comprehensive knowledge of the requirements of H&S legislative agencies, relevant legislation, Codes of Practice, Australian Standards and Guidelines Skills and Experience Minimum 3 years' experience in a Health & Safety role SafeWork NSW “White Card” Tertiary qualifications at degree or associate diploma in HSE, or equivalent relevant experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of conceptual and problem-solving skills Salary range between $140k - $170k depending on experience How to Apply Please click apply or send your CV to emma.browne@cgcrecruitment.com - if you wish to discuss the role, please call Emma Browne on: 0434 440 883.
