ABOUT YOU Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or related field preferred), Environmental Science, Public Administration, or a relevant discipline. Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), AutoCAD & 12D experience would be highly regarded. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of water distribution systems or utility operations is a plus. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency . ABOUT THE ROLE Assist in coordinating and scheduling routine maintenance and emergency repairs of water infrastructure. Communicate effectively with field teams, customers, and other stakeholders regarding service disruptions and updates. Maintain accurate records of work orders, service requests, and inventory.
