The position available is: Full-time (76 hours per fortnight) Working Monday to Friday Located in Sydney Olympic Park with flexible work arrangements available for the successful applicant Attractive salary 12% super Tax-Free Salary Packaging About the Opportunity The Junior Systems and Network Engineer will play an essential role in supporting and maintaining the organisation’s IT systems and network infrastructure, both on-premises and in the cloud. Being part of the Infrastructure and Security team within the Digital & Technology team, this position will work closely under the guidance of the Senior Systems and Network Engineer and contribute to both Level 2 and 3 day-to-day operational requirements and project-based initiatives across the business. Reporting to the Senior Systems and Network Engineer, this role will collaborate with the IT Service/Help Desk team to provide seamless support across the organisation and will regularly liaise with multiple internal stakeholders as well as external suppliers to deliver reliable IT services. The role will assist to ensure Flourish Australia’s technology environment remains robust, secure, and well-aligned with the organisation’s mission to foster mental wellbeing.
